COLLABORATION: TAYLOR SMITH, WILLIAM LUMPKIN, & BRIANNA LANGMAN TYPE: LIBRARY LOCATION: TALLAHASSEE, FL SIZE: 6,200 SF A redesign of the Scholar's Commons graduate student level in Strozier Library at Florida State University, the Graduate Study Sanctum is based on the concept of a terrarium. Terrariums serve as an ideal environment for the growth of plants. In a similar way, the design of the Graduate Study Sanctum strives to foster the growth of knowledge for graduate students at FSU.
